J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (New York, NY) en août 2019
Entretien
The interview process was quick. A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and I had a 45-minute conversation with him. He then invited me to an onsite interview the following week.
The onsite interview was a bit strange. I did not interview with anyone that I would be working with or for. There were four, 30-minute interviews that all seemed rushed and I never got a sense of what level or type of person they were looking for. Each interviewer asked similar questions such as a time when I had a hard close or unique sourcing strategy. The person who would be my peer on another team was reading from a script and had awkward silances as she typed. The final manager who interviewed me asked almost the same exact questions as the first manager in the same format.
Outside of having repetitive questions, the recruiter never got back to me. I emailed him after my interview and then a week later. It's been over a month and all I received was a survey to ask how my experience was. Of course, at this point, I understand I didn't get the role, but as a very passive candidate who took time out of my day, I would appreciate understanding why.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What was your most unique sourcing strategy? Tell me about a hard close? Would you ever talk someone out of a job if they were going to a competitor offering more money? What would keep you at a job?

Initial interview with a recruiter, then meeting with the senior manager, then 4 person panel. Panel consists of sourcing, sourcing exercise review, stakeholder management and experience. Overall good interviews to learn more about Lyft.
1. Recruiter Phone Screen - A video call with a Recruiter, where they explained the role and Lyft's mission and vision.
2. OnSite - 4 different experience interviews related to pipeline, sourcing, best practices, and relationship management.
- Had 2 behavioral sessions with Hiring Managers
3. Offer stage - they extend the offer and explain in detail the benefits. They send the contract to be signed on DocuSing.

around feb 2021 I got contacted by linkedin by a coordinator and I had an interview schedule with the recruiter.
I waited 5 minutes for someone to join the call and turns out the recruiter couldn´t join so coordinator conducted the interview.
She barely introduced herself, ask me to tell her about myself + asked me what has been the toughest offer to close. + ask for my salary.
The interview was extremely boring, she didn´t ask me any questions and she didn´t ANYTHING about lyft, the role, culture nothing. She didnt ask me if i had questions.
Clearly when she contacted me to do the next interview i was not interested.
