Entretien
The first interview is a formal interview with HR. She asked me questions about my experience with languages and technologies and asked me for all of them to rate myself from 0 to 10.
She was very kind and ask me also what kind of work İ was looking for

I answered all technical questions but they did not even give a feedback. It was kinda annoying but they were kind. Also they said the work is remote but they said it was not during interview.

I participated in two recruitment processes for C/C++ engineer positions. Both started with technical interviews. First process I participated was awful. The technical interviewer arrived late, clearly unprepared and with a rude manner the whole meeting. Question were typical for a C/C++ position: OOP, struct/classes, memory, design patterns, some question about Linux. This was the first time I got to answer questions about code that is pasted in the Zoom chat!! What a mess it was! The second process I arrived early into the meeting but I was unable to access the zoom session, the whole meeting was moved to the next day. This interview was better however. This time the interviewer (different one) came prepared and knew what he was doing. Questions were pretty standard for a C/C++ role, followed by a medium difficulty coding problem where I got around 20 minutes to solve using an online compiler website. The whole interview was friendly and well mannered. In both they didn't share any feedback whatsoever (you don't know why they decide not to proceed). Hope you are more lucky than me with these processes here.
