Avantages
Amazing professionals, specifically architects and old staff members. Different working options: remote, hybrid, in-site. Very nice salary, plus there are other allowances for home wifi, meals, transportation, vacations. There are skills set upgrade plans, allowances for international events. Projects are not forever, so developers can work in something different after a year or a couple of years. Also there is an option to change to a different project. Communication with management was excellent (at least in the Serbia branch).
Inconvénients
Most of the clients are US based, so the working time might be out of the normal 9 to 6 time. Client might schedule meetings after local working time finished and end your day at 9-10pm. Client might schedule releases affecting already planned and accepted vacations.

Avantages
Smooth Induction - The induction staff was really helpful and provided great support for the induction. Relocation Assistance - The relocation was mostly provided by Luxoft and again the staff was helpful by providing peers whom you can contact. Environment - It depends on the client as well as colleagues from Luxoft.But in my case I got great colleagues and a nice project with great client. Package - Package was as per the market standard.
Inconvénients
Relieving - You will be fired as soon as the client project is gone. The internal team will try to find projects for you but rarely you would score a project. Not enough interviews are given. No Clear Policies - You won't be communicated regarding the bemch policy. HR and relocation managers don't provide any information regarding it. Appraisals - The appraisal is not communicated even after the month it was supposed to be declared.

Very educative corporate environment. You are able to see two different perspectives at the same time, the one of an employee of an outsourcing firm, as well as the one of an employee at a major tech company. Luxoft teams are often very well integrated into the client company's processes, so you gain deep expertise while keeping a good level of career flexibility by being employed at a leading outsourcing company.

Your individual experience will be tough to predict. There is a lot of variability in the employee's experience, depending on many factors. These include the business sector, client company, and also internal factors such as your team and lower management structures.

Inconvénients
Premièrement, ils n'ont pas de projets. Je n'ai pas eu une seule opportunité ces derniers mois. Le gestionnaire de hub de carrière, le recruteur sont inutiles, le gestionnaire ne répond pas aux e-mails ou au chat des équipes ou même vous gronde si vous les pingez ou les appelez. Vous vous sentirez isolé car il n'y a personne pour se connecter aussi. Ils demandent aux candidats d'être flexibles pour déménager dans un autre lieu pour des projets et si nous ne parvenons pas à obtenir un projet dans les 2 mois, ils déclenchent la période de préavis du backend. Il y a donc une politique de banc de 2 à 2,5 mois. Si vous avez la chance d'avoir une opportunité, les entretiens avec les clients sont trop difficiles à résoudre ici. Ils mènent à nouveau plusieurs séries d'entretiens avant de vous intégrer au projet. N'allez pas ou ne suivez pas les critiques de Glassdoor car j'ai fait cette erreur et rejoint cette entreprise. Ces derniers mois ont été trop stressants pour moi. De plus, si vous envisagez de rejoindre cette entreprise en considérant qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise enfant de DXC, veuillez ne pas le faire car ils n'ont pas de projets DXC. Ils sont encore une entreprise indépendante avec un manque de projets. Ils ont des ouvertures pour des compétences particulières uniquement, donc avant de les rejoindre, il vaut mieux leur poser des questions sur les projets ou leur demander de mener d'abord un entretien avec le client, puis de rejoindre, sinon vous serez confronté à la même situation que la plupart des nouveaux entrants rencontrés ici.

Best to quit job after 1/2-1 year of employment at most.

Salary freeze.. again. Clamming that the inflation is to blame for this one after the other freeze due to COVID. Of, well.. inflation got to the small ones too.. you know the end consumer, working for pennies anyways. Overall, working here it was a waste of my time, financially and professionally. Nice final touch to make me quit - they don;t have to pay bonuses if they don't fire you. Meanwhile some royals of DXC got a fat bonus this year $20.3m - it's in the news.

I like the people working there. I found good friends there. Apart from their personalities, one can easily acquire a lot of hard skills from them. Capability to work remotely if needed. Some projects are really cool but if you are not satisfied with the current project you can switch to another one.
Inconvénients
Relatively low salary compared to the same positions of Luxoft clients. DXC the mother company started to promote team building where programmers should set up goals non-related to coding at all so software engineers should look for clients and create additional income as we were entrepreneurs which is too much for me. Some projects are really boring. Some Luxoft clients hire not enough staff which leads to permanent overwork.

Imho, there is not much support to initiate to move in another direction. However, it is quite easy to access learning portals and electronic libraries.
