I applied on-line with CV and questionary on the web site. Got a phone call and pass phone call interview. One of the next step of interview was the test task with difficult models and formulas in spread sheets. I completed it for 80-85%, in my opinion and get and after checking/review of my task file i got an answer that I did not pass this step of interview. Probably the test is with high requirements of math, query and else, but it gave me motivation to growth my skills and gave me a room to improve. This was good experience and one of lots of steps to grow and performing on my next and next positions in other companies.
