Pretty straightforward, first a technical interview in which the interviewer with a paper was writing code blocks and asking me the output of various javascript blocks of code. Also there were questions about the internal workings of ReactJS.

The process went pretty smoothly, but although the technical part was fine, I was rejected after a week with no explanation. I tried to receive some feedback, but there was no reply.

This was a waste of time. A recruiter reached out to me expressing that my skills and work history would be a great fit for a remote position. I spent 2 hours answering a long list of questions. His coworker sent me another list of questions to answer in detail. After being told I would soon receive a response, I was ghosted by both recruiters.

Quite standardized, blitz -like, they're not interested in your actual experience, but prefer evaluation based on typical interview questions. Very poor feedback. Also there was 2 coding tasks, quite primitive I'd say, just to check if you're really handzone
