I arrived at Lowe’s about 15 minutes early for my interview, dressed casual like an employee would wear (jeans) . The interview started with basic questions about my work experience, availability, and why I wanted to work at Lowe’s.

very bare bones, just asked a few standard behavior questions. Overall they seemed unready for interview, took 20 minutes to finally get a manager to take the interview. These are words to pad out this bs length requirement

Three questions were asked. They weren't too difficult, mostly about experience that you've had in the past or how you handle certain situations. Interviewer was professional. The person interviewing me gave off a good feeling about the company.
