Fairly straightforward. Asked basic questions about background and what made me interested about Lowe's. Not very intense but the manager who interviewed me was great. I accepted the position and enjoyed working there.

Applied online, received interview date in store through virtual assistant. Went to interview and was asked general interview questions. Greeted by friendly hiring manager and store managers. Accepted offer and was performed drug test and background check same day. Simple interview and the steps were quick and thorough.

The manager didn’t really care about my previous experience lol, they just needed someone to cover shifts. It was really quick and I was hired the same day of interview.

It was very simple but it gets straight to the point. Over all pleasant experience since it doesn't waste anyone's time. If you are just honest you will do fine.
