Didnt last long. Was told there'd be a second interview but there wasnt. I was given a job offer after the first. She tried to scare me away with team and morale related problems. She and HR gave me different pay rates during the interview and drug screening, respectively. Even when I mentioned this, the store manager and HR just offered a wage in the middle of the two. A big red flag, obviously. That wasnt the only instance in these processes it was clear management was not on the same page at all. It's an enormous company and a huge workplace with a very large staff, so it's unsurprising. Not an employer I want to work for.

Filled out online application. Then was given access to a recruiter calendar to schedule phone conversation.
As first scheduled time slot passed without receiving the phone call, I rescheduled…to once again not receive a phone call

First Round Interview:
Candidates who pass the initial screening are invited for a first-round interview, usually conducted by the hiring manager or a senior member of the operations team.
