The interview process with Lowe’s was absolutely terrible. As a Recruiter who has worked at other Fortune 100 companies, I was appalled at the lack of communication between rounds to indicate to candidates the movement in the process. To be the face of the company, communication and candidate experience truly needs work. I ended up withdrawing from process and accepting another job after being dragged along for multiple months with little to no communication. After speaking to others who have interviewed there as well for different roles/ with different departments it seems unfortunately that may be a trend for them which is why I am writing a review as it does not seem to be a one off situation.
