Fairly straightforward. I applied and was asked if I would like to do an interview over the phone which I accepted. I got the call listed off a couple examples of my past performance and they hired me right there over the phone.

Had an interview scheduled for a certain day, they cancelled and would not let me reschedule, then claimed my application was incomplete despite it passing the day prior. had they just said we chose another candidate that wouldn't be a problem, but they opted for gaslighting.
