I was called 5 days after the job position closed. They asked me to schedule an interview, which I did. The interview was a standard series of questions about "what would you do if...." and about how I would use my prior experience in this situation. I was then contacted again for a second interview which was split into two parts. I met with the HR person, took a drug test oral swab, and then met with the assistant store manager and department supervisor. I was then offered the job, with pay that was higher than I expected.

Easy. Online application then in person interview. It is not a difficult interview. They just ask basic questions and they are not hard to answer. It is not a hard job to get.
