The job was posted in a Facebook Group for Recruiters. I sent an email directly to the Hiring Manager but never heard back. I sent another correspondence via Facebook Messenger and finally selected a time for us to chat. The phone screen was ok. I could tell right off he wasn't paying attention and multi-tasking in the background. I was told that I would hear back about next steps. Today is May 29th and I still haven't heard anything. It's really a shame that Recruiters are failing to provide a positive candidate experience. I will never entertain the thought of working at this company again. The corporate level also doesn't have a lot of Diversity. I guess only the people working in the stores for low wages are acceptable.
