I applied through referral. HR called me for f2f interview. Before attending the interview, I went through the glassdoor review and most of the reviews were negative and I was expecting to have a nice interview experience with Lowe's and everything turns into negative. First of all I had to wait for almost 40 mins after reaching to the venue. Only one round of the interview done on the same day and I was cofused whether that was technical or HR interview LOL... The guy was looking very casual and was not looking in the mood of taking interview. He asked about the project and some theoretical questions based on web technologies and when it comes to the data structure and algorithms, interviewer itself was on backfoot and he asked me the typical sorting algorithms (again only theoretical LOL), and when I went in depth of the topic, he skipped and started asking useless HR questions like current and expected CTC (he was behaving like an HR :D). Personally, I won't recommend any good developer to attend the interview at that place. I can say that was the worst ever interview experience.
