Quick questions on the phone. Then face to face with HR manager. Then, on another day, face to face with a different manager. Then HR manager called with an offer. Questions were like: "What would you do in this situation...?" or "Tell me about a time when a customer was unhappy and what you did to fix it." or "Tell me about a time when you messed up and what you did about it." A lot of "tell me about a time..." questions.

Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
