The interview process at LM was very professional. They covered travel, hotel, transportation and other related expenses. The morning of the interview, the candidates were split up into different groups with some going to interview, and others going to take a tour of the facilities (the fun part!). The interview itself was one-on-one with a hiring manager and had STAR-formatted behavioral questions. After the interview and tour, we were provided lunch, and then we were free to go. The whole process lasted around four hours.

Was reached out to the other day and they asked me to fill out a few forms. I am still waiting on an interview date as of now but I will be reading more into the position, salaries, etc. Additionally, there are many locations for Lockheed Martin so I would ideally wan to work in a location that is near a larger city and offers me the ability to work with other skilled engineers.
