The interview process consisted of 1 interview before I received the internship position. They asked fundamental interview questions. They want to make sure their candidates have a good personality that will connect with many different people. They know the technical skills will be taught in job training. They look for people who want to learn more and continue to adapt

How would you start to create a neighborhood park?
Spoke with both managers during the process, quite smooth, care about the person and what they can offer. Both managers were nice to talk with and answered every question honestly

Entretien
The interview is very technical. You definitely need to know the Program Planning role to be successful during the interview process. Also, don’t try to answer when you don’t know - it’s best to just say that you’re not familiar with a process than to make up an answer.
