Mine was a bit backward as I was contacted by HR, and handed off to my future manager to set up an interview. After the interview, a glut of paperwork came my way for immediate action, which was then followed by the usual offer and negotiations. A bit backward from how some of my teammates experienced, where the administrative paperwork was front-loaded before they even had the interview.
