J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (Grand Prairie, TX) en janv. 2024
Entretien
Didn’t apply, recruiter reached out.
She told me the hiring managers would ask about operating systems I’ve worked on, and my experience with C++ and hardware loop.
I didn’t have much experience in any of this, but I was upfront and honest anytime I didn’t know something. I have a defense industry background, so during the interview I discussed my personal experiences, projects I’ve worked on, how I am a team player, etc. I was honest about the technical struggles I have faced, as well as my biggest weakness (emphasizing what I actively do to work on it). No Leetcode style questions.
Got an offer, but they wanted me to start ASAP. Their relocation package ($5,000) wouldn’t cover my moving expenses. They weren’t willing to negotiate. Ended up rejecting. No hard feelings, would love to work at Lockheed in the future!

It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.

Primarily Behavioral. Walked through my resume and asked questions about coursework and what languages I was comfortable in. Did not ask me anything too technical, instead just asked questions about my projects and experiences.
