The interview process was pretty easy. I was asked what are your projects, what have you done before? Why Lockheed? Why are you looking for a new position? What are your strengths and weaknesses?

It was very straightforward. I applied, and within two weeks I got an email to schedule an interview. The interviewer was extremely personable and seemed genuinely interested in me, not just my qualifications. I got a follow-up two days after the initial one to meet with the manager and got a more in depth look as to what the position would entail. A week after that I got my offer letter and signed.
