I was emailed by the recruiter, set up an interview, and a week after the interview I had an offer. The interview was all STAR questions, it wasn't anything technical.

Ask 5 scripted questions (behavior/work related) from list of 10 or so. Usually two to three people and they rotate asking questions and documenting responses. Documentation is how they score. They score from key words and how you perform responding in the format given. Format is STAR = Situation, Task, Action and Result
