Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (Columbia, MD) en juin 2018
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter for a position as a SE. During that initial call we spoke about my experiences in interests. Then I was given a brief overview of the position. It was vague, so I assumed it was for a general role. The recruiter said the next steps would be her speaking with the hiring to see if we should proceed. I was contacted a few days later with an in person 1 on 1 interview request.
I arrived at the facility and was meet by 4 interviewers. I spoke about my experience at my current position for a bit then they started the questions. Every single question was about low level microprocessors and hardware design, which I had very little experience in. I was upset that I had wasted my time traveling and taking time off for a position I didn't not want nor was I a good fit for.

It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.

Primarily Behavioral. Walked through my resume and asked questions about coursework and what languages I was comfortable in. Did not ask me anything too technical, instead just asked questions about my projects and experiences.
