The interview process was fairly difficult for me. This was for a position with the SOF GLSS department they had and interviewed with two hiring managers on the phone. I was asked mostly behavior questions and one technical question

4 People. All behavioral questions. Used the STAR method for grading interviewees. Interviewers were all relatively young and very nice. Took forever to get back to me after the interview though.

Entretien
Went to a job hiring event doen in Fort Worth and met with the hiring department and current workers and talked about their experience there. It was great talking to workers to learn if this is a great fit for myself.
