Worked with a staffing agency on multiple interviews throughout region. This interview started over the phone with three members of the team. Then went in for an in-person. Sat across the table from two members of the team going over history, roles and responsibilities, and wants.

STAR based interview based on previous work experience. There is one interview with three to four people asking questions. They try to play "good cop, bad cop". Just answer the questions in STAR format and you'll be fine.
