Initially applied to the program through employee referral. Knew a guy in a sector, so I got an interview for the position. 2 day trip. First day there were presentations, lunch provided at the facility, and dinner at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios Orlando, FL. Second day there were presentations and interviews for half the day, and a tour of the facilities for the other half of the day. The interviews were panel style, with one hiring manager from each area, one current employee in the ELDP program, and one HR rep.
