Interviewed for a position in Orlando. I was scheduled to interview at the same location here they had scheduled a LMOC Career Fair. The recruiter, I believe, was a contract recruiter who could not answer any questions about the job -other than repeating the requirements from the posting (Describe the department's culture? What are the current projects within the department? Can you share any upcoming assignments that this position would support?).
I got there in plenty of time and after singing in (GASP!), I took a seat in a waiting area. I could see all the chaos inside the rooms and throughout the corridor. Everything appeared, from my vantage, terribly disorganized. I watched one person wander from room to room, for about 20 minutes, only to find out later that this is who I would be interviewing with.
I was glad when I didn’t get a callback and realized that they had done me a favor. If the same level of disorganization was internal, I would have never been happy there.

Spoke with a recruiter who ghosted me after confirming he would get back to me with updates on next steps. I understand people are busy, but it doesn't take much effort to press send on an automated email template.

The process involved pre-screen questions and then a formal interview with a manager and team member. The questions were behavioral based. Overall the process took about a month from application to interview to offer.

Attended a Lockheed Martin recruiting event on campus. They were mostly looking for engineers at the time. Later in the year they came back to our campus looking to hire for HR internships. They emailed me to schedule an interview while they were on campus.
