Entretien
2 phone call interviews, first with recruiter and the second with team manager. Then I went in for face to face with manager and another team member. Different interview process from what I expected, most questions were based on scenarios on what I would do in LinkedIn rather than what I have done in my past jobs. It was about 1.5 hours in total and they gave a good insight of where the company is going and what the specific team goals were, very transparent conversation.

The number of rounds in the process of recruitment is about 4 interviews but it can also change to more if you include the hiring manager (because SM is not necessarily your manager) - HR, Sales Manager, Team, CM

Entretien
Very smooth interview firstly TA call from Dublin asking about sales experience. Then with Hiring Manager (STAR style interview), then with panel which would be case interview. After that decision by call or email from manager. It also seems that Linkedin Dubai office runs a tight ship, everyone arab seems to be from the same nationality and they would not want to have someone who is not from the same place as them as it will not be fit for their culture. Nevertheless, extremely professional and as expected.

diverse calls woth LI Talent Solution scouts. Promised feedback from LI in a planned timeframe are not given. Some guys they even dont know about the history from your application side. After you remind them they take a look in their database and find out that you really talked to them in the past. During my first application they find later out, that the announced job wasn´t available in the meantime, but I apllied for the job 12 hrs after they placed the job on LI. In the 2nd time for another opportunity they promised you to call you until end of the week, but still nothing happend.
