The conversations were thorough but not overwhelming – a good balance of technical and situational questions, combined with open dialogue. Ich hatte vier Gesprächsrunden, darunter einen case study. Alle Interviews verliefen wirklich angenehm, da jeder Interviewer mehr über die Person des Kandidaten erfahren wollte, anstatt sich ausschließlich auf die berufliche Laufbahn zu konzentrieren. Das war mal eine erfrischende Abwechslung.
