Got a phone screen with talent scout. She was very friendly, I did enjoy the call. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the 2nd interview.
Very sad because I really wanted to join the company and love the role...

3 rondes met een team lead, en ook de manager van de afdeling. Basic vragen over 'vertel ons over jezelf' en ook scenario. Ik moest ook een opdracht doen. De opdracht duurde best lang om te doen maar toen had ik wel kennis met het product

Review process was fine. Friendly, straight forward, talked about past experiences.
My main gripe was them asking what my ideal pay would be to which I responded $40k annually. They got back to me with an offer of $16/$17 an hour.
In today's age this is simply too low. If you want salary based, professional work you need to offer professional wages. $40k is the bare minimum anyone should be getting paid for entry level work at a company and soon it should only be more because of inflation. At this point I could work at McDonald's for just a few dollars less.
