The interview process consisted of one phone call with a recruiter, one in person panel interview held at the Lightspeed HQ and one meeting with HR, before an offer was extended to me. The process was very fast and clear.

I had an initial interview with the HR department, who asked me standard screening questions (e.g. why Lightspeed, tell me about yourself, why sales, etc.). She thought I would be a good candidate for the role and moved me on to the next round. They ended up combining the last two interviews into one which was slightly stressful, but good on getting the interview process moved along quickly. I interviewed with two more senior members of the SDR team, who were very casual and easy to speak with which helped to ease my nerves for the upcoming mock call I had to do with them. Overall, I would say the interview process ran very smoothly and quickly and was not too hard or nerve wracking once you started speaking with the people involved in the hiring process.
