Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a week later for a phone interview. I spent 40 minutes speaking to the recruiter and we ended the call with her saying she would be in touch the following week to schedule the next round. I followed up 10 days later and was completely ghosted until 6 weeks later receiving an automated form letter email that thanked me for applying and didn't even acknowledge that I interviewed.
