Interviewed for two different roles, had the same talent acquisition person both times. Their hiring is outsourced to a 3rd party recruiting firm. The woman refused to turn on her camera both times. Both times she provided very little flexibility with timing. Communications was very spotty when asked for alternative times. During the first screen, she shared nothing about the role itself, but treated the 15 min call like an actual behavioral interview, expecting me to share my experience based on the job description alone and no other context. Second time she shared more information and I actually got to speak with a hiring manager. Then was completely ghosted after that. Both times the roles had been open for longer than 30 days leading me to wonder if they actually were serious about filling the roles. Lots of roles on their site look like they go unfilled.
