Interview was done over the phone by a small team of folks on the inside, they asked questions about my background in System Administration & Linux, a few coding examples were given as well.
first HR meeting, second meeting with 2 manager.
All process smooth. Need English to introduce youself.
Get the offer and pay after 1 week.
There's not much room for negotiation on salary.

Gave an Introduction of research in university and some questions. Then maybe some behavior questions, especially Japanese styles, such as the thing you tried your best. Good experience except on-site.
