Wanted to share the worst interview experience with Lenovo for PCB design. They done 5rounds of interview including HR round, they sound so promising and After HR round they simply ghosted, After more than 2months HR says offer is on hold and you can look for other opportunities. All there replies after my follow up emails and contacting over phone, burning my days lights they "offer is in progress". And with internal contacts i came to know that they have hired there favourite referal candidate. My question is why do these company hang candidates like this. Now Candidate which they have hired, has quite the job after there Hectic work pressure. I thank god for me, for not making join Lenovo.
