Had what I thought was a good first interview with the recruiter, was told that she would get back to me later in the afternoon or the next morning to schedule the next step (interview with hiring manager). Ghosted me. The lack of consideration for applicants is truly out of hand. If someone is no longer being considered, it's not hard to email them that.
