Absurdly long interview process. It took them over 2 months to go from initial screening to final decision. I would NOT apply here if you've been laid off and are searching for a job. Spend those time slots on other companies with shorter interview cycles. If you're just fishing for a new position while employed, go for it I guess. Initial screening was nothing out of the ordinary. Technical interview was very simple, FizzBuzz but they ask you how you would upgrade it and explain your reasoning. Third interview was a group interview and it took them a month to actually schedule it. It was essentially another behavioral screening with some questions directed at your previous experience. They then took almost an entire month to get back to me with a final decision.

Question based, simple. Most people are very arrogant. You should avoid this place at all costs. It will grind you down and it shows through in the interview process. Do the smart thing and avoid this role. Find a different one.
