Absurdly long interview process. It took them over 2 months to go from initial screening to final decision. I would NOT apply here if you've been laid off and are searching for a job. Spend those time slots on other companies with shorter interview cycles. If you're just fishing for a new position while employed, go for it I guess. Initial screening was nothing out of the ordinary. Technical interview was very simple, FizzBuzz but they ask you how you would upgrade it and explain your reasoning. Third interview was a group interview and it took them a month to actually schedule it. It was essentially another behavioral screening with some questions directed at your previous experience. They then took almost an entire month to get back to me with a final decision.

Had four interviews with this company. They all felt like they went pretty well; those involved throughout the stages of this process seemed to have respect for me which was also reciprocated. The span of time between these interviews averaged at a week and a half - totaling a month and a half from application to rejection. The fourth interview included verbiage that heavily implied that I was receiving the job. I was given a week to think things over. Before this week concluded, I received an email stating the company decided to not choose me as the candidate. This seems to be a fickle company. My advice is to not get your hopes up finding employment with them until you are on payroll. Don't neglect other opportunities until documents are signed.
