The interview was held in person at their office and lasted about 1.5 hours. I met with three team members, including a senior engineer and a project manager. They asked about my academic background, past geotechnical field experience, and my familiarity with soil conditions in the USA. The team was friendly and professional, and they gave me a clear idea of the projects I’d be working on if hired. Overall, it was a positive experience, but I was not selected because I did not have enough relevant geotechnical experience in the USA.

The project manager was very interested in my school coursework and future job goals. He explained the structure of the company very well and how the different teams are organized and cooperate with one another.
