Pretty standard questions. Held multiple rounds. Nothing stood out as different from other interviews I have had recently. Building and workspace is very modern with good amenities Every I met was friendly and knowledgeable.

“Tell me about a time you…” style questions. Open to questions. Overall experience was good. Asked about work place scenarios, personal development and weaknesses. Spoke about the position and the expectations of the job

Very disorganized interview process with very little communication. Could not even provide the decency of sending a rejection until almost 2 months later. Hiring team was very cold and seems like they were just giving the interview to check the box and go with an internal person. Based on my conversations it seems like this rejection is for the better as the culture seems depressing and this is from someone who works at a pretty traditional bank.
