Very disorganized interview process with very little communication. Could not even provide the decency of sending a rejection until almost 2 months later. Hiring team was very cold and seems like they were just giving the interview to check the box and go with an internal person. Based on my conversations it seems like this rejection is for the better as the culture seems depressing and this is from someone who works at a pretty traditional bank.
