J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez L'Oréal (Bruxelles) en juin 2014
Entretien
Main Steps : Online application / Phone Interview / Assessment Center / HR Manager Interview
Assessment Center was the most interesting.
10 people all together in a room, everyone has to present himself (5 min in English)
Then everyone has to present a Business Case on a Retailer Visit we had to prepare before the assessment center. (10 min)
Then we had to take a Skills tests (15 min to solve a super easy business case but required a lot of simple calculation that took a lot of time).
Afterward we had either a feedback from the HR people if we were out or an interview with an HR Manager.

Question 1
Can you tell me about the brand positioning of one of L'Oréal's brand ?
Can you tell me about a recent ad that you liked a lot ? Why ? What is the message and the goal behind it ?
It starts with an online application; if selected you have to make a pitch; if selected they call and do a phone interview; if selected you are invited to attend an interview with the filtered candidates and it is an assessment centre that lasts one/two full days; if selected you have two further interviews and if selected you have a contract.

Entretien
It was online, with no camera on, the first few minutes we chatted casually so I could relax because I was nervous, and then they asked me questions about my CV and finally behavioral questions.
