I applied through the biggest local job posting website in Taiwan. Firstly, I got a phone screening by the recruiter. Then there were 3 physical interviews, 1st round interview was with recruiter, the 2nd round interview was with hiring manager, and the 3rd round was with a team leader from functional team.
