Process took a very long time to unfold. The process is also very assessment heavy including an assessment that is 20+ years old, not super relevant and came across as very antiquated. It felt like a college admissions process. Also, the third party interviewer was hostile and seemed to focus on grilling details of the resume like dates and locations versus performing an actual behavioral interview. As a candidate, this translates into what I would describe as a very paternalistic, distrusting culture.

So you said you worked at X company between 2001 and 2006, is that right? Is that when you actually worked there?
Casual initial phone interview was late starting, but went very well. Was told to prepare for a 90-120 minute profile interview within the next week. Zero follow-up or response from the recruiter after this point. Eventually messaged the corporate office to let them know about the negative recruiter experience. No response back from corporate either. Disappointing since they have a good company reputation.
