I was called on the phone and given a short phone interview right away. I set up a second interview time and the rest was down hill. Great view. Close to home. Pay was right. And i passed the test.

To start I had to take a cognitive assessment. Next I had to do a mock discovery call, and the final interview consisted of closing the sale. It was a great process and Sierra was great through the entire process.

Very quick interview process - 1st phone screen to the offer lasted one week. Pretty standard interview process which included role play with a VP of Sales that was a good challenge. The sales managers are not included in their usual interview process, and a recruiter was always involved on calls which I found odd. Declined to several factors - including that it's a heavy cold call intensive job and got the strong vibe of it being a very micromanaged sales environment. In addition - appears deeply tied to a certain org that operates in that downtown area. Could be a good opportunity if you are into all of that - not for me.
