Entretien
Interview was very professional with interaction if 3 interviewers. Did feel a little out numbered. A PowerPoint presentation was required which made it easier to present my resume. Group seemed to be very excited to be there.
There were 3 rounds of interview, one telephonic and 2 in person. conducted very professionally. In the interview they were very particular about I could be of great help of sales strategy.

It was a panel of upper management foreign questions at you for an hour straight. Then no inclination in how you were doing or where you stood in the process

Entretien
3 managers asking you questions and evaluating your answers and attitude. They give you a chance to give a presentation of past work history. You have to sell them on yourself and how you fit in with the Kellogg's k values. They ask you questions and then you get a chance to ask them questions. Whole experience was 45 min.
