J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kellanova (Trafford Park, England) en mars 2014
Entretien
Initial online application that consisted of an online questionnaire that included simple Maths problems and preferred reactions to work-related scenarios. After this stage was a telephone interview; very comfortable and didn't feel too formal. Only lasted around 30 minutes. The next stage was the assessment centre - they put us up in the Hilton hotel on Deansgate, Manchester for a meal and accommodation the night prior to the assessment date. The meal was a good opportunity to meet other delegates who were going for similar (or the same) internships or graduate programs. The assessment centre consisted of an initial 'ice-breaker' that was an opportunity of us as candidates to 'interview' the assessors in a speed-dating type style. There was then a 5 minute presentation - quite informal and very comfortable due to having met the other candidates the day before - followed by an individual interview with 2 assessors; one who you would be working with directly and another from HR. Finally there was a group task - we were given 45 to come up with a new product for Kellogg's and to produce a 10 minute pitch. This was quite difficult in the time allocated but by this point in the day everybody felt very relaxed so nerves were kept to a minumum
