I was contacted by a few different Kaseya internal recruiters, multiple times regarding an scheduling an intro call to learn about and apply for an Account Manager position with their Miami office. Given their persistence I decided to respond and proceed with the intro call they requested using the Calendly link provided by one of the recruiters. I freed the time in my schedule for the phone call and the internal recruiter missed the meeting. They did not make any attempt to reach out to me. I responded on LinkedIn and asked if the recruiter missed the appointment by accident/ had a time conflict and if they wanted to reschedule. The recruiter viewed my LinkedIn profile and never responded to my message. Unfortunately, this does not surprise me because I know a few other people that made it through various stages of the interview process, all to be ghosted eventually. One person in particular went through 5 rounds of interviews, not counting the recruiter screening calls, with Kaseya just to be ghosted. They all reached out to follow up/get feedback several times and never received a single response. A sales position (that Kaseya advertises as entry level) should not take 5 interviews to make a hiring decision! I was not looking to leave my current position but I am actually grateful that at the very least Kaseya showed its true colors right away and didn't waste my time further. My advice to anyone considering this company is to not waste your time and look elsewhere. If you are looking for an entry level position to introduce you to the Tech Sales world, there are much better companies to apply with that won't waste your time and will allow hybrid/remote work.
