The process took 2 weeks and it was a generally good experience for me, The HR was so nice and supportive, walked me through the process very well, and provided excellent feedback at the end. These were the interview stages: 1- HR: Very standard and normal discussion about the position and my experiences. 2- Technical live coding + practical Golang questions + system design questions: One of them was the team lead of the position and the other was a senior engineer. They were also so nice and respectful, their question difficulty level was reasonable and whenever I made a mistake, they tried to guide me without giving me any stress. It was one of the best technical interviews I've ever had. The task was something that you didn't have to be prepared for, they already have some tests to evaluate your code and it was in an online editor. The system design questions were not sophisticated, they first described a scenario and asked what is my solution. 3- Team Interview: Mainly they were trying to understand how I prefer to work, and which working environment is my ideal ( structured vs unstructured). 4- Value Interview: The interviewers who were the top managers didn't seem friendly, they were trying to understand If I had done enough investigation about their company. I couldn't express myself very well and show my enthusiasm for the job. In the end, though I was disappointed about the result, I liked the interview process as a whole, and it was a learning experience for me.

I was reached out by the recruiter shortly after applying to the position. After having an initial call with the recruiter; I was moved to the technical stage. The technical stage was a live coding interview. It was relatively easy; no emphasis on data structures, algorithms or efficiency. They mostly focused on the correctness of the code and writing idiomatic code. Unfortunately the unit tests that they prepared had bugs and somehow they were read-only so even the interviewers couldn't change them so it was not possible to test the code that I had written. The last stage was a behavioral interview. The questions at this stage were generic and did not focus on any specific aspect.
