- Colleagues are great, if it weren't for them I wouldn't have stayed here for so long. - Salary, but that can't be an advantage anymore since they are hiring on low salaries now.
Inconvénients
Where to start? - Awful culture - Be ready to get fired at the first tantrum the CEO throws. (And there are many). - Awful leadership with toxic behaviour. - Decisions that don't make any sense. - Strategy and focus have been changing every week lately. - Your feedback will not be taken seriously.
