Process: 1. First interview arranged via Teams 2. The interview went great. However, the senior manager couldn’t attend so they had to arrange a second interview. 3. Second interview: I waited for 30 minutes before the recruiter realised that they didn’t send the invite to the managers so they had to reschedule the second interview. 4. Actual second interview went great. 5. I was then made an offer two weeks later for a job that is two grades lower than that I applied to, a salary significantly less than my current salary, essentially equivalent to what I was on 5 years ago. Pro: - Very nice and friendly people Cons: - Poor recruitment process - Clear misjudgment of talent Overall very bad experience.

Applied online and received a phone call to set up interview about 2 weeks later. Went in for interview with HR manager and two others for panel interview. Received notification of offer via phone then actual offer letter via email within 1 week. Got start date within 1 month and filled out several papers prior to orientation. Had to go to medical onsite prior to getting authorization to proceed to work area.
