Video interview first with a series of questions and then had to record answers. Was asked for in-person interview and was more of a chat about myself, the role and what could I bring.

Started with an application, then recorded video answering questions. Was then contacted to go to the office for an in-person interview that went for 45-60 minutes which was more of a conversation. Contacted shortly after.
